About Us

Busuttil Fiduciary has been established in 2007 by Mr Silvio Busuttil FIA CPA MIT MIFSP. It is a professional services firm in the trust and company services provider industry, run by certified trustees.

In 2015, Mr Silvio Busuttil and Inġ. David Busuttil established Busuttil as the holding and administrative parent company.

Busuttil Fiduciary is owned by Mr Silvio Busuttil, but forms part of the group of companies of Busuttil via a contractual agreement.

Our Management Team

The people who sit on the board of Busuttil Fiduciary are:

• Mr Silvio Busuttil, who holds the position of Chairman and Managing Director, and
• Mr John Busuttil, who holds the position of Executive Director.
